Downtown Bike Tours
BASKET & BIKE brings you a few types of downtown tours—a great way to get some exercise, see the city, and have a unique experience with friends, family, or colleagues.
$5 of each rider goes to support our conservation and community partners: Capital Trees, VCU Rice Rivers Center, and the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation.

Your ride with us includes a leisurely tour of downtown Richmond, Virginia, including riding along the James River, with references to unsung heroes of the city’s historic sites, the origins of the region, amusing trivia, street art, and an appreciation of nature. Generally good balance needed to ride on uneven streets and some mild hills. Departing from and returning to Quirk Hotel (201 West Broad Street). Your tour ends with a voucher for a free wine, beer, coffee, or cocoa from Quirk Hotel Lobby or Rooftop Bar (depending upon time of day).
